Alonna W. Harris DNP, APRN, FNP-BC
Alonna W. Harris DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, is a doctoral-prepared Nurse Practitioner with several years of nursing experience. Her career consists of providing care to patients in the Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit, Orthopedics/Spine, and Medical, Surgical and Cosmetic Dermatology.
In 2012, Alonna obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. In 2015, she attained a Master of Science in Nursing from Hampton University, Hampton, VA. She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Degree from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in 2017. Alonna is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Virginia Dermatology Society.
Alonna found her love and passion of dermatology at an early age. After practicing dermatology in Southern California and Virginia, she and her family decided to settle in the Tampa area to continue offering services in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Alonna is skilled in the use of lasers, neurotoxins, and injectable fillers. She continues to improve her skills and techniques by attending educational training and conferences that keep her abreast of the most current dermatologic practices. Alonna is excited to service the Academic Alliance in Dermatology community.
