Jillian Clavenna, PA-C

Meet Jillian

Jillian is a board-certified physician assistant. She received her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and continued her education, receiving her Master of Science in Medical Science from Wake Forest University. Jillian began her career as a physician assistant in 2009, specializing in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery. During that time, she mastered advanced, precise surgical skills with vein and artery harvests, sternal closures, and sclerotherapy, among many other skills. In 2015, Jillian transitioned her skills to plastic surgery and dermatology. She trained under experienced and world-renowned Mohs surgeons, dermatologists, and cosmetic plastic surgeons.

Over the past decade, Jillian has trained under the best in aesthetic medicine and dermatology. She has become a master injector with advanced techniques with needles and cannulas. Jillian specializes in full-face rejuvenation through minimally invasive, nonsurgical techniques. She provides a detailed, precise assessment for each patient to restore his or her natural harmony and symmetry. As an experienced master injector, Jillian focuses less on the wrinkles and more on balancing a patient’s face to maximize his or her aesthetic potential. She also incorporates skincare to improve a patient’s skin tone and texture in combination with volume restoration.

In addition to her aesthetic skills, Jillian has spent over a decade practicing early skin cancer detection and treatment with surgical and nonsurgical modalities. She tries to incorporate a patient’s lifestyle and provide date options for treatment of skin cancers. From her experience in cardiovascular surgery and plastic surgery, Jillian also has advanced surgical skills to assist with scar revision, skin cancer removal, and aesthetic removal of benign lesions. 

Jillian is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Florida Dermatology Physician Assistants. 

In her free time, Jillian enjoys exploring downtown Dunedin with her husband, children and dogs. You will find her on the tennis court or jogging on the trail on a regular basis. Jillian looks forward to seeing you in the office soon.
